Our people make the difference in our success. **Employment Type:** Regular (Undefined) **What Are We Looking For?** * Comprehensive Planning: Define the roadmap for assigned projects, establishing key milestones, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation. * Lifecycle Management: Independently execute methodological project phases, ensuring adherence to schedules and BPE quality standards. * 360° Diagnostic (As\-Is): Conduct critical analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify efficiency gaps, risks, and operational bottlenecks. * Design of Disruptive Solutions: Propose process reengineering based on benchmarking and best practices, focused on delivering unprecedented transformations. * Business Case Modeling: Develop the economic justification for each initiative, quantifying benefits and ensuring financial and operational viability. * Implementation and Deployment: Orchestrate the deployment of designed solutions, coordinating with business units to effectively capture projected benefits. * Stakeholder Management: Facilitate decision-making in committees, managing business owners’ approvals at critical project milestones. * Governance and Monitoring: Support progress reporting in review forums and monitor post\-implementation impact indicators (KPIs) to ensure sustainability of change. * Methodological Facilitation: Lead training sessions at the Process Academy, acting as a technical reference and promoter of process culture within the bank. * Technological Synergy: Participate as a process expert (PO or Team Member) in IT initiatives, ensuring technological developments maximize operational efficiency. * Role Evolution: Perform complementary functions as assigned and propose initiatives that drive continuous improvement and excellence in role management. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, Management, Executive Leadership, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in project management roles. * Experience in process transformation roles. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum certification is valued). * Proficiency in AI. * Soft skills: communication, teamwork, empathy, strategic vision, autonomy, analytical ability. **Responsible Banking** --------------------- Our responsible banking model **aims to build a more inclusive and sustainable society.** Because the future of finance is financing the future.
