If you're passionate about maintaining secure, reliable, and high‑performance network infrastructure—and want to contribute in a fast‑paced international environment—we’d love to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Manage and continuously improve our **24/7 production network** , ensuring top stability, performance, and resilience. * ️ **Design and implement** scalable, secure network solutions aligned with business and tech needs. * Serve as the **senior escalation point** for complex incidents—leading deep troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis. * Install, configure, and optimize **enterprise network hardware** (Cisco, Checkpoint). * Collaborate with IT teams on **infrastructure projects, upgrades, and network changes** . * Evaluate and support **change management** to ensure smooth production deployments. * ️ Keep **documentation** clear, accurate, and always up to date. * ️ Support **operational readiness** : patches, backups, recovery tests, and DR preparedness. * Provide **on‑call support** in a 24/7 environment as part of a rotating schedule. **Qualifications** ------------------ **4\+ years** of hands‑on experience supporting **enterprise networks** in a **24/7 production environment** , working with complex and business‑critical systems. **Technical Skills** Strong expertise in **TCP/IP** : packet flow, protocol behavior, and advanced troubleshooting. ️ Solid understanding of **LAN/WAN architectures** and network performance principles. Hands‑on experience with **L2/L3 switching \& routing** in enterprise environments. Advanced knowledge of **IP addressing \& subnetting** , with structured, scalable designs. ️ Experience with **dynamic routing protocols** (OSPF, iBGP, eBGP) for resilient architectures. ️ Familiarity with **network monitoring \& configuration tools** to support stability and standardization. Practical understanding of **network security** , firewall architectures, and **IPsec VPNs** . Experience with **data center networking** , including Cisco Nexus, FEX, and VSS in HA environments. **Communication Skills** Strong **professional English** skills — both written and spoken. Able to **confidently join technical discussions** , create clear documentation, and collaborate effectively with **international teams and stakeholders** . **Soft Skills** Excellent **problem\-solving** abilities and strong **team collaboration** skills. Ability to work **independently** , taking full ownership of tasks and projects from design to implementation. ️ Clear, structured **communication skills** to explain technical topics and procedures with ease.
