We’ve built a secure, intuitive, and high-performance platform; our culture values ownership, collaboration, continuous learning, and impact. **The Challenge** We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to amplify the company’s prospecting engine. Your mission will be to ensure a consistent and qualified flow of opportunities for Peru’s Business Development Managers (BDMs). **What You’ll Do** * Identify and segment accounts according to the profile defined by Commercial Management. * Actively prospect new customers via cold calls, outbound email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and other digital tools. * Execute structured prospecting campaigns using multichannel sequences. * Coordinate with the Marketing team to align outbound and inbound campaigns. * Qualification and Pipeline Generation * Validate strategic fit, pain points, volume, and timing for each account. * Schedule high-value, qualified meetings for BDMs. * Collaborate directly with BDMs to provide feedback on lead quality. * Analysis and Optimization * Record complete and up-to-date information in the CRM, with clear activity and conversion metrics. * Propose continuous improvements to pitches, prompts, and prospecting processes. **Essential Requirements** * Professional or technical degree in Commercial Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Business, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in commercial prospecting, consultative sales, or demand generation roles. * Proficiency with digital prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, Top Perú Prime, etc.). * Proven experience using CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). * Experience using AI tools for account research, message personalization, and prospecting campaign optimization. * Mastery of consultative selling techniques and lead qualification. **Nice-to-Have** * Prior experience working in fintech, payment solutions, SaaS, or B2B tech industries. * Proficiency in Excel, Office 365, and intermediate–advanced English. * Profile of an Ideal Candidate * Hunter mindset and proactive attitude—always seeking to generate new opportunities. * Data-driven, highly results-oriented, and capable of using metrics to continuously optimize the prospecting process. * Resilient, tolerant of rejection, disciplined, and consistent in daily execution. * Excellent communicator—with strong oral and written communication skills, plus outstanding account research and analytical capabilities. * Team player—willing to collaborate closely with the entire sales team. **Conditions** * Employment type: Full-time. * Work mode: 100% remote. * Working hours: Mon–Fri, 09:00–18:00 (GMT-5). * Benefits: Participation in the company’s Stock Program.
