This is **not a salaried or hourly position**. It is a role for individuals who enjoy autonomy, flexibility, and working closely with founders. **About Us** Impulse Latam helps U.S. startups hire bilingual LATAM technical talent, including software engineers, technical roles, and senior individual contributors. Our recruiting delivery team manages sourcing, vetting, coordination, and candidate pipeline development. **What You’ll Handle** * Identify potential clients within the U.S. startup landscape * Introduce Impulse Latam’s services to founders and decision\-makers * Nurture early conversations until they move into discovery * Coordinate introductions with our recruiting delivery team * Support follow\-up steps on client relationships **What We Provide** * Full recruiting delivery team handling all sourcing and operations * Marketing assets and positioning tools * Candidate pipeline available for outreach * Clear support in each client conversation * Collaborative, flexible environment **Who This Collaboration Suits** * Candidates with experience in SALES B2B * Professionals with experience in business development, partnerships, consulting, HR tech, or client\-facing roles * Individuals comfortable with performance\-based collaboration * People who enjoy working with founders and early\-stage teams * Self\-driven communicators who can manage their own pipeline Job Type: Part\-time Pay: S/.3,000\.00 \- S/.6,000\.00 per month Expected hours: 10 per week Work Location: Remote
