**Your role as senior data scientist**

As a senior data scientist, you are responsible for developing and applying advanced data solutions. You combine technical expertise with business insight and play a key role in further developing data and AI capabilities at Moore DRV.
* Automating processes for the financial reporting, tax, payroll administration, and audit departments.
* Developing and implementing predictive models and data solutions for the financial reporting, tax, payroll administration, and audit departments.
* Analyzing complex datasets and translating them into clear insights.
* Advising colleagues and internal stakeholders on data-driven challenges.
* Initiating and guiding data and AI projects.
* Coaching and mentoring junior and mid-level data scientists.
* Enhancing our data and analytics offerings.
**What we’re looking for**
------------------
As a senior data scientist, you are analytically strong, entrepreneurial, and able to engage others in your vision for data. Furthermore:
* Completed university master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Econometrics, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a data scientist or in a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, DevOps, Databricks, and Azure Cloud Services.
* Strong knowledge of machine learning techniques and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
* Experience working in project-based or advisory environments.
* Ability to explain complex topics clearly to non-specialists.
* Proactive, curious, and results-oriented.
* Experience in software engineering is a plus.
* Experience mentoring colleagues or leading projects is a plus.
**Working with the Innovation Team**
