Position Summary:
We are seeking a Social Assistant for a multinational company, responsible for social welfare, administrative procedures with Essalud, and preventive programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement socio-recreational and welfare activities.
2. Manage administrative procedures with Essalud and insurance providers.
3. Coordinate health and social security programs.
On behalf of our client, a prominent multinational company specializing in this field, we are currently seeking a **Social Assistant** to join their team of professionals. Candidates must meet the following profile:
**Requirements:**
· Bachelor's degree in Social Work.
· Professional license (mandatory).
· Three years of experience in similar positions.
· Computer skills: Microsoft Windows at intermediate level.
· In-depth knowledge of administrative procedures with Essalud.
· Experience managing EPS (Health Insurance Providers) and SCTR insurance policies.
· Knowledge of labor legislation and social programs.
**Responsibilities:**
· Design, implement, and monitor socio\-recreational and celebratory activities.
· Carry out administrative procedures related to ESSALUD.
· Register ESSALUD beneficiaries in the T registry.
· Conduct home visits as required.
· Develop the social welfare plan.
· Support staff awareness sessions and training programs.
· Promote continuous improvement of management systems.
· Coordinate with the occupational physician regarding medical leave collection.
· Establish procedures to ensure information reaches workers.
· Establish agreements with institutions enabling workers to improve their quality of life and that of their families.
· Handle social insurance matters: beneficiary registrations, maternity benefits, reimbursement of economic benefits, life insurance, etc.
· Manage, develop, and organize preventive health and social security programs.
· Provide personalized information and assistance to employees in cases of illness, accidents, etc.
· Conduct visits to employees' homes and hospitals as required.
· Travel within the country when necessary.
· Provide administrative support to the Human Resources Management Department. Other duties as assigned.

**Offered:**
· Remuneration: S/. 6500
· Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
· Payroll with statutory benefits under the general regime.

Salary: S/.5,000\.00 \- S/.6,500\.00 per month
