Job Summary: We are seeking an SSOMA Assistant to automate Security, Health, and Environment (SHE) data processes, strengthen training programs, and develop documents for the OHSMS. Key Responsibilities: 1. Automate Security, Health, and Environment (SHE) data processes. 2. Strengthen the Training Program with assessments and didactic talks. 3. Update and develop documents for the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). An energy company engaged in fuel sales, operating a chain of service stations, is seeking an **SSOMA ASSISTANT**. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related fields. * Specific knowledge and certified experience performing similar functions. * Availability to work Monday through Saturday in an industry operating 365 days per year. * Valid driver’s license (preferred). **RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Automate Security, Health, and Environment (SHE) management data processes to reduce manual tasks by implementing automated reports and visual indicators, thereby decreasing analysis time. * Conduct monthly reinforcement of the Training Program through OHSMS assessments and didactic talks. * Prepare quantity take-offs and budgets for operation and maintenance activities. * Prepare monthly valuations, physical progress tracking, unit price analysis, and cost comparisons. * Periodically update occupational safety and health statistics. * Update and develop documents for the implementation of the Occupational Health and Safety Management System (OHSMS). * Monitor and control maintenance activities at service stations. * Other duties related to the position. **WE OFFER**: * Formal employment contract from day one, including 100% statutory benefits. * Competitive market-based salary.
