Job Summary: Backhoe loader operator responsible for operating heavy machinery, performing excavations, maintaining equipment, and reporting daily usage, ensuring safety and effective communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operate a backhoe loader following safety procedures 2. Perform preventive maintenance and ensure equipment is in good condition 3. Promote effective communication and teamwork **Compensation:** S/ 3,500 \+ S/ 1,000 per diem **Work Schedule: 50 x 10** **Responsibilities:** * Operate the backhoe loader in accordance with safety procedures * Perform excavations, cleaning, unloading, and material loading * Inspect the machine's condition daily before starting and after completing work * Submit daily reports on machinery usage * Keep equipment clean and in good working condition * Maintain effective communication **Requirements:** * Completed secondary education * Minimum **2 years** of experience as a backhoe loader operator * Basic knowledge of mechanics and preventive maintenance * Valid **Class A-IIb driver's license** (minimum requirement) * Certification as a heavy machinery operator is desirable * Availability to work in **Abancay – Pachachaca** under the **50 x 10** schedule **Competencies:** * Responsibility * Commitment to safety * Teamwork * Effective communication Salary: S/.4,000\.00 \- S/.4,500\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
