Maintenance of food quality and safety standards JOB OPENING: BAKERY ASSISTANT BARLETTA S.A., an industrial Peruvian company with over 35 years of experience in industrial bakery and pastry, is currently seeking a Bakery Assistant to join our Production team at our Ate facility. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial bakery, artisanal bakery, or food production. Basic knowledge of dough preparation and handling processes. Availability to work in Ate – Lima (bordering Salamanca). Availability for shifts: 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. / 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday). Ability to work in a team and under production standards. Responsibilities: Provide consistent support in industrial bakery production processes. Prepare ingredients and assist in baking various types of bread. Strictly comply with food quality and safety standards. Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper food handling in the area. Comply with occupational safety and health regulations. Perform other duties related to the position as assigned by the immediate supervisor. We Offer: Competitive market-based salary.
