Our CQA team is growing — we are currently recruiting a **CQA Supervisor**. **About the Role** * Conduct ongoing inspections of construction activities to ensure alignment with drawings, technical specifications, and approved procedures. * Issue NCR and SVR management documents upon identifying deviations before, during, and after the construction process. * Coordinate with laboratory technicians to conduct material testing and compaction tests. * Approve laboratory and field test results, verifying compliance with project regulations and standards. * Review, validate, and control the issuance of QUALITY CONTROL protocols during the construction process in accordance with project drawings and EETT. * Review, validate, and control the contractor’s QUALITY CONTROL dossier. * Record technical data in standardized formats (density, moisture, thicknesses, etc.) and manage its documentation. * Report daily progress, incidents, and technical deviations to the relevant supervisor. * Comply with and enforce safety procedures and standards across the assigned service team. **About You** * Civil Engineer with experience in CQA supervision and over 5 years of experience in earthworks, civil works, and geosynthetics in mining. * Experience in developing and reviewing plans and procedures, as well as in audits and management documentation. * Proficiency in technical consultation formats and documentation related to mining project management and supervision. * Preferably based in Cajamarca.
