**Key Responsibilities:**
* Comprehensively manage physical and digital project documentation, ensuring proper receipt, registration, coding, classification, and archiving.
* Control the quality, format, traceability, and organization of issued documents, maintaining up-to-date indexes, logs, and documentary databases.
* Manage the distribution and preservation of technical and contractual documentation, including controlled copies and client or SIG documents.
* Monitor response times, KPI compliance, and issuance of contractual deliverables, ensuring orderly, accessible, and controlled project documentation.
* Register purchase orders (POs) in the corporate BST system.
* Perform other administrative tasks assigned related to the area.
**Professional Background:**
* Bachelor's degree and/or qualification in Administration or related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative and documentation tasks.
* Knowledge of the Aconex platform.
* Proficiency in office software is desirable.
* Power BI proficiency is desirable.
* English language proficiency is desirable.
