Continuous learning with a multidisciplinary team At **PROGRÁMATE**, we are looking to hire a **Junior Software Quality Analyst (QA)** who wishes to develop professionally by participating in technological projects across various sectors such as industry, mining, energy, education, and retail. We seek a detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated individual eager to learn, who will help ensure the quality of the solutions we develop and contribute to strengthening our software factory. **What You’ll Do:** * Develop test plans and test cases based on functional requirements. * Execute functional, integration, and regression tests on web and mobile applications. * Log, document, and track incidents using issue management tools. * Validate fixes implemented by the development team. * Participate in project analysis and planning meetings. * Collaborate with project managers, functional analysts, and developers to ensure deliverable quality. * Prepare quality reports and incident tracking reports. * Propose continuous improvements to quality assurance processes. Initially, you will participate in a strategic project for one of our clients, and subsequently become part of our software factory’s quality team, providing cross-functional support to multiple projects. **Requirements** * University or technical graduate in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Minimum **1 year of experience** conducting software testing. * Experience designing test cases and executing functional tests. * Knowledge of the software development life cycle. * Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). * Proficiency with issue tracking tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, or similar). * Ability to clearly and systematically document test results. **Desirable** * Experience testing web and mobile applications. * Basic SQL knowledge for data validation. * Experience using Postman for API testing. * Basic knowledge of test automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar). * Basic knowledge of Git. * Experience working alongside development teams. **Competencies** * High attention to detail. * Analytical thinking. * Organization and planning. * Excellent communication skills. * Teamwork ability. * Proactivity and commitment to continuous improvement. * Responsibility and dedication. **What We Offer:** * Formal employment under MYPE payroll from day one. * Market-competitive salary. * Participation in real-world projects with leading national companies. * Continuous learning alongside a multidisciplinary team. * Clear professional growth path within the Software Quality area. * Excellent work environment.
