Currently, we are seeking a **Tailings Management Engineer** to join our team—someone who enjoys challenges and works with objective-oriented focus.
**Profile:**
* Bachelor's or graduate degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related fields
* Entry-level experience (1–2 years preferred) in mining, geotechnics, or related areas
* Experience in preparation and review of technical documents for tailings management
* AutoCAD Civil 3D: Intermediate/advanced proficiency in handling TIN/Grid surfaces, alignments, corridors, cross-sections, dump/pit platform designs, and earthworks
* Autodesk InfraWorks: Creation of contextualized 3D conceptual models; integration of terrain and infrastructure data for executive visualization
* Familiarity with tools for information management/analysis (Power BI, QGIS, Python, or similar) is desirable
* Autodesk Navisworks: BIM coordination, clash detection, review of federated models, and constructability simulations (4D)
* Intermediate English (preferred)
**Responsibilities:**
* Drafting and generating engineering reports on tailings
* Fill balance reports and estimation of mine life (Life of Mine \- LOM)
* Multivariable sensitivity analysis reports (rheology, densities, beach slopes, deposition rates)
* Water balance reports and management of pond/operational and emergency freeboard
* Multivariable sensitivity analysis reports (rheology, densities, beach slopes, deposition rates)
