Job Summary: We are seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician to carry out maintenance activities, inspect and repair equipment, and ensure compliance with plant safety standards and regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performing mechanical maintenance on plant equipment 2. Repairing motors, fans, motor-reducers, and reducers 3. We operate state-of-the-art machinery and maintain a highly specialized team, always at our clients' service to meet requirements promptly and efficiently. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Minimum 3 years of experience as a Mechanical Maintenance Technician · Residency in areas adjacent to Santa Clara/Chosica/Ate/Huaycán (Mandatory) or Los Olivos/Pte. Piedra/Comas/SMP · Three doses of COVID-19 vaccination · Completed technical studies or currently enrolled in final cycles of Mechanical Maintenance · Knowledge of welding, bench mechanics, and mechanical equipment repair · Availability to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM, and Saturdays, 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM · Availability to work on Sundays and holidays (if required) · Availability to work overtime (if required) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Carry out assigned mechanical maintenance activities on plant equipment per Maintenance Programs · Inspect and perform repairs on equipment assigned to the Mechanical Maintenance department · Repair motors / fans / motor-reducers / reducers · Comply with corporate standards for plant mechanical systems control · Comply with safety regulations · Promote and maintain order and cleanliness in maintenance activities · Participate in identifying root causes of unplanned production line stoppages · Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor **SKILLS:** · Assertive communication · Analytical ability · Responsibility and punctuality · Commitment to assigned tasks **WE OFFER:** · Bi-weekly remuneration · Social benefits under the General Regime · Formal payroll registration · SCTR insurance // ESSALUD · Statutory life insurance · Position type: Technician / Contract-based · Salary: S/ 1,600.00 – S/ 2,000.00 Monthly salary: S/.1,600.00 – S/.2,000.00 Education: * Completed technical degree (Preferred) Work location: Regular travel required
