We are currently recruiting **SECURITY AGENTS \- Villa el Salvador** to join our team. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role (mandatory). * Knowledge of access control (personnel, vehicles, materials). * Availability to work **12-hour rotating shifts.** * No police, criminal, or judicial records. * IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY. WE OFFER: * Market-competitive remuneration of **S/. 1601\.30 (gross) \+ BONUS (up to 200)** * Working hours: 6 days per week and 1 day off, from 7:00 am \- 7:00 pm (rotating) * Timely payments in two installments (on the 5th and 22nd of each month), * Life insurance, SCTR, and EsSalud coverage provided by the company. * Opportunity for growth and development. * Enrollment in REMYPE payroll (NO GRATI, NO CTS) from day one.
