A leading industrial company is searching for top talent to fill the position of **SSOMA SUPERVISOR**, meeting the following profile: **Requirements:** * Degree holder and licensed professional in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Hygiene and Safety Engineering, Industrial and Mining Safety Engineering, or related fields, depending on the activity. * Valid professional license and registration. * Minimum of **3 years** of experience in Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment (SSOMA), preferably in the mining, industrial, or related sectors. * Training and/or specialization in Occupational Safety and Health, with a minimum duration of **120 hours**, as stipulated by current regulations. * Knowledge of Law No. 29783, its Regulation, and Supreme Decree No. 024\-2016\-EM. * Knowledge of IPERC, ATS, PETS preparation, incident investigations, work permits, and internal audits. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work in Lurín and conduct site visits to projects. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise compliance with the Safety, Occupational Health, and Environmental Management System. * Verify compliance with applicable legal regulations and internal procedures. * Conduct safety inspections and prepare technical reports. * Deliver training sessions and inductions to personnel. * Investigate incidents and accidents, proposing corrective and preventive actions. * Supervise proper use of PPE and compliance with work permits. * Coordinate with various departments to ensure safe working conditions. **Benefits:** * Formal employment registration from day one. * All statutory benefits. * Opportunity for professional development. * Positive work environment.
