Job Summary: We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team and participate in the design, development, and optimization of digital products, enhancing user experience and conversion. Optimization of user experience and product usability. **UI/UX Designer** **Location:** Miraflores, Lima **Work Mode:** On-site We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our team and participate in the design, development, and optimization of our digital products, contributing to improved user experience and platform conversion. **Responsibilities:** * Design interfaces for mobile applications (Android and iOS) and web platforms. * Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and navigation flows. * Optimize user experience and usability of digital products. * Design and maintain visual components, iconography, and design systems (Design System). * Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technology departments. * Design digital assets for user acquisition and retention campaigns. * Participate in usability testing and validation of new features. * Apply AI tools to optimize design processes and generate visual proposals. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, UX/UI, Visual Communication, or related fields. * Minimum 2 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile applications or digital products. * Advanced proficiency in Figma. * Knowledge of UX Research and user-centered design. * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools. * Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (preferred). * Experience using AI tools applied to design (preferred). **Competencies:** * User orientation. * Analytical thinking. * Creativity and innovation. * Organization and time management. * Teamwork. **Benefits:** * Formal employment under the MYPE regime. * Labor benefits as stipulated by law under the MYPE regime (50%). * 100% EsSalud coverage. * Salary range of S/ 3000 to S/ 4500\.
