Job Summary: We are seeking a Visual Merchandising professional to align and supervise in-store product displays, training staff to optimize campaigns. Key Highlights: 1. Accountability and results orientation At Confecciones Catalunya, we are looking for a qualified professional for the position of: ***VISUAL MERCHANDISING*** * Align store layouts. * Coordinate with the Implementation Campaign and Store Planning teams regarding in-store implementations. * Report store maintenance details. * Train store staff on how products should be displayed during campaigns. * Relocate merchandise within stores to optimize display during campaigns. * Conduct store visits. * Supervise compliance with presentation guidelines across stores. * Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor or senior management. REQUIREMENTS: * Minimum 1 year of experience in visual merchandising or similar roles. * Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Availability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, and Saturdays, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM. * Retail industry experience is highly desirable. * Willingness and ability to travel across various stores in Lima.
