Our **VAS** team is looking for a **Quotation Assistant** to join Inchcape **Peru.** The purpose of this role is to manage quotations through efficient coding of spare parts requested by workshops across all brands within the Inchcape group, using the platforms required by each brand. **What you will do** * Code and validate spare parts codes requested by workshops in different spare parts catalogs by brand. * Request and follow up on the creation of new codes with the support team. * Generate reports and analyze spare parts quotation statuses. * Manage local purchase of spare parts. * Handle requests for dismantling. * Alert stock breaks of spare parts due to coding issues. * Collaborate with technicians or other departments to ensure correct coding of required spare parts, report availability and delivery times. * Ensure the warehouse is a safe place and complies with occupational health and safety standards; otherwise, report it to management and the responsible department for corrective actions. * Respond to inquiries regarding pending code creations, internal clients, and suppliers. **About you** To succeed in this role, you will have: * Completed technical or university studies in administration, mechanics, logistics, or warehousing. * 1 year of experience in administrative and/or automotive technical roles. * Knowledge of Excel. * Independent courses related to the automotive sector, machinery, and/or logistics management. **Start your journey** Join our team and become part of a world-leading automotive company that is **transforming tomorrow, together.** We are committed to developing internal talent; therefore, if you are interested in this position but do not meet all the requirements, we encourage you to apply.
