




We are seeking a professional with a degree in Administration or Accounting, preferably with experience in accounting areas, intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, and additional training through courses or specializations in Administration, Accounting and/or Finance. The candidate must demonstrate outstanding leadership, effective communication, and team management skills. Key responsibilities include managing general administrative processes—such as maintenance, services, order, and administration of contracts with clients and suppliers; supervising billing, collections, and payments to suppliers; managing the portfolio of delinquent customers with timely follow-up actions; overseeing the team’s financial statements; directing Human Resources processes—including attendance, vacations, recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluation; and evaluating supplier services to propose improvements aimed at optimizing costs.
