Job Summary: Ingelectric Centro is seeking an Accounting Assistant to join its team, providing support in payroll calculations, payment management, preparation of payment and collection schedules, and accounting recordkeeping. Key Responsibilities: 1. Assist with payroll calculation, tax withholdings, and social benefits. 2. Manage payment processes and prepare payment and collection schedules. 3. We hold the certifications **ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 37001**, which reflect our commitment to continuous improvement. **Responsibilities:** \- Assist with accurate monthly payroll calculation, fifth-category income tax calculation, tax withholdings, bonuses, liquidation of social benefits, etc. \- Manage payment processes for submission to Accounting and Finance departments. \- Prepare payment and collection schedules. \- Assist in preparing and filing tax payments, AFP Net submissions. \- Accurately record the organization’s purchases and sales. \- Manage petty cash. \- Issue invoices via the SUNAT portal. **REQUIREMENTS:** \- Final-year student and/or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. \- One (1) year of experience in roles related to this position. (Mandatory) \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office. \- Knowledge of SUNAT invoicing system. \- Familiarity with STARSOF system (Desirable) \- Availability to work in Santa Anita, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:35 p.m. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: S/.1,400.00 \- S/.1,800.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
