We seek a proactive and organized individual who will play a critical role in ensuring accurate merchandise distribution, properly managing incoming and outgoing goods alongside shift-based operational staff. With your talent, we can continue delivering high-quality healthcare to more people and become the benchmark for health products in Latin America. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Students in final semesters or graduates of **Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields**. * Proactivity, organization, autonomy, and adaptability. * Self-directed learning ability and desire for growth. * Proficiency in Word and Excel (Intermediate level). * Knowledge of Logistics, Warehousing, and BPA. * Familiarity with waybills, sales receipts, invoices, and credit notes. * Must reside in areas adjacent to Surco (Mandatory). * **Minimum 1 year of experience in this position (Mandatory).** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Identify atypical consumption patterns and request replenishment orders. * Verify product labeling. * Complete the merchandise receipt report according to physical count results and send a copy of said report to the corresponding department. * Maintain appropriate stock levels for each product; if necessary, issue requisitions to restock required items. * Dispatch orders and prepare delivery guides for each purchase order. * Verify that orders are authorized, dispatch the merchandise, and record it accordingly. * Conduct and prepare inventories, Kardex records, and enter products into the system (software). * Prevent fraudulent removal of merchandise. * Enable orders. * Maintain warehouse order and cleanliness. * Product injection. * Packing and labeling of orders. * Account for incoming merchandise. * Perform tasks by following manual instructions.
