Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to ensure control, registration, and custody of assets, materials, and equipment, thereby guaranteeing operational efficiency in the mining sector. Maintain resource availability and inventory reliability **Specialized service provider for the mining sector** is looking to incorporate top talent to strengthen its logistics team and actively contribute to the organization’s operational efficiency and sustainable growth. **Purpose of the Position** To ensure appropriate control, registration, and custody of warehouse assets, materials, tools, and equipment; guarantee correct receipt, storage, dispatch, and inventory control in accordance with company-established procedures, thereby maintaining resource availability and inventory information reliability. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive and inspect incoming materials, equipment, tools, and supplies, verifying alignment with purchase orders, delivery notes, and other supporting documents. * Timely register material receipts and issuances in the ERP system or established formats. * Manage logistics documentation (delivery notes, service orders, delivery and receipt reports). * Monitor and maintain up-to-date physical and documentary inventory records. * Maintain order, cleanliness, and identification of stored materials, applying appropriate location and preservation criteria. **Requirements:** * Graduate or Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Administration, or Industrial Administration Technician. * Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in similar roles within service companies or related industries. * ERP knowledge (not mandatory). **Competencies:** * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Problem-solving ability.
