Order management and delivery coordination **JOB DESCRIPTION** **Position:** Customer Service Advisor – Flower Shop **Department:** Sales / Customer Service **Reports to:** Store Manager / Administrator **Work Mode:** On-site **JOB OBJECTIVE** To provide courteous, personalized, and efficient service to the flower shop’s customers, advising them on floral arrangements and related services, ensuring a satisfying shopping experience that contributes to increased sales and customer loyalty. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Serve customers in person, by phone, and/or via social media. * Advise on types of flowers, floral arrangements, special occasions, and pricing. * Record orders and coordinate delivery details (date, time, address, messages). * Process payments in cash, bank transfers, or via POS, ensuring accurate sales recording. * Assist in organizing and presenting the store and product displays. * Promptly and empathetically resolve inquiries, complaints, or incidents. * Maintain up-to-date order and customer databases. * Assist with basic inventory control of flowers and supplies. * Adhere to the flower shop’s customer service, quality, and presentation protocols. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum education: Completed secondary school (technical studies preferred). * Minimum 6 months’ experience in customer service or sales (retail or flower shop experience preferred). * Basic knowledge of sales and cash handling. * Basic proficiency in social media and WhatsApp Business (preferred). **COMPETENCIES** * Customer orientation * Effective communication * Empathy and courteous demeanor * Organization and attention to detail * Teamwork * Proactivity **JOB CONDITIONS** * Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM * Workplace: Physical store of the flower shop located at Jose Luis Bustamante y Rivero Employment type: Full-time Salary: Up to S/.1,100.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
