**OPERATIONS ASSISTANT – MINING INDUSTRY**
Track Mec, a company specializing in heavy machinery for the mining sector, is currently seeking an Operations Assistant to join our team.
**Main Responsibilities**
\- Support coordination and monitoring of operations.
\- Coordinate scheduled activities with technicians and operational staff.
\- Monitor services and work performed on heavy machinery.
\- Assist in preparing reports, work orders, and operational documents.
\- Maintain up-to-date records of services and work completed.
\- Coordinate requirements for materials, tools, and equipment.
\- Support communication with clients and suppliers.
\- Perform other duties related to the operations area.
**Requirements**
\- Technical or university degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Operations, or related fields.
\- Experience in administrative or operational roles.
\- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
\- Organized, responsible, proactive individual with strong teamwork skills.
\- Prior experience in heavy machinery or mining industry companies is preferred.
