Job Summary: We are seeking an operational, proactive, and eager-to-learn Junior Logistics Assistant to support warehouse operations, dispatch, and merchandise control. Key Highlights: 1. Positive work environment and teamwork **ASOCIE PERÚ** is looking for a **Junior Logistics Assistant**, with an operational and proactive profile and strong willingness to learn, to support daily warehouse, dispatch, and merchandise control activities. We seek a dynamic, responsible, and organized individual, willing to perform operational and fieldwork within the logistics area. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support in issuing, reviewing, and controlling waybills. * Order picking and packing. * Packaging and preparation of products for dispatch. * Support in loading, unloading, and shipment of merchandise. * Participation in physical inventories and warehouse stock counts. * Tracking deliveries to customers in Lima and provinces. * General support in warehouse and dispatch operational activities. **Requirements:** * Technical or university students in final cycles, or graduates in Logistics, Administration, or related fields. * Prior experience in warehouse, dispatch, or operational activities is desirable. * Basic knowledge of waybills and inventories. * Basic Excel proficiency. * Strong willingness to perform operational tasks and organize dispatches. * Availability to work full-time. * Good physical condition. * **Willingness to travel.** **Personal Competencies:** * Proactivity and eagerness to learn. * Organization and attention to detail. * Responsibility and punctuality. * Teamwork and effective communication. * Initiative to resolve operational issues. **We Offer:** * Opportunity for learning and development in the logistics area. * Continuous training on processes and tools. * Positive work environment and teamwork. * Potential for career growth within the company. * Market-competitive remuneration.
