We invite you to join our team and continue transforming education across LATAM — this time for the position of **Training Assistant (Student Experience) \- Hybrid/Full-Time Mode** **What Will Be Your Challenges?** * Plan and organize assigned programs, ensuring effective coordination and efficient execution to optimize participant experience. * Provide support during training sessions, discussion forums, and other learning activities. * Support students and instructors throughout the entire service flow (before, during, and after) to ensure a comprehensive and satisfactory experience. * Prepare reports on training progress. * Manage the virtual classroom. * Conduct feedback interviews to collect insights and improvement suggestions to further optimize the service. **What Do You Need to Join Our Team?** * Reside in Huancayo. * Graduate in Administration, Business Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 6 months of relevant experience or customer service experience. * Required competencies: Excellent communication skills, organizational and coordination ability, user orientation, proactivity, and technological proficiency. * Eagerness to learn, contribute, and provide close support to our students throughout their learning journey. * Laptop required for remote work (mandatory). **What Do We Offer?** * Formal employment under the MYPE regime (Full-time salary: S/. 1300 \+ Connectivity bonus: S/. 75\) \+ Performance bonus * Hybrid work mode: 90% remote and 10% on-site, with 4 days per month on-site. * Training fully covered by the company. * Positive work environment and employee well-being to help you reach your full potential. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–1:00 pm and 6:00 pm–10:00 pm; Saturday, 9:00 am–1:00 pm. * Opportunity to make an impact in the field of EDUCATION and influence all of LATAM.
