Job Summary: eBIZ is seeking an Auction Executive to manage electronic auctions, coordinate with clients, prepare forecasts and reports, and maintain continuous communication. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manages and monitors electronic auction processes 2. Coordinates meetings with clients to identify new opportunities 3. Prepares revenue forecasts and monthly reports We are **eBIZ**, a company with over 25 years of experience in eBusiness solutions, operating across multiple Latin American countries. We are currently seeking an **Auction Executive** to join our team. **Requirements:** * Technical or university degree in Administration, Economics, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Basic proficiency in office software tools. * Minimum of up to 1 year of experience in commercial roles, customer service, sales, auctions, or related areas. * Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-oriented skills. **Your day-to-day at eBIZ:** * Monitor assigned accounts to ensure proper execution of electronic auction processes. * Coordinate meetings with clients to identify new service opportunities. * Prepare revenue forecasts and monthly reports. * Maintain communication with clients and bidders during auctions. * Prepare bidding documents, quotations, and final reports for each process. * Conduct procurement analysis for pre-sales processes. **We Offer:** * Formal employment registration from the first day of work. * Monthly remuneration. * Training. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Statutory life insurance.
