Position Summary: We are seeking a Camp Administrator to supervise and improve housing, food, and service conditions at a Mining Unit. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage camp contracts and public utilities. **Date:** Apr 20, 2026 **Location:** 14 \- LIMA, PE **Company:** Buenaventura At Buenaventura, we are currently seeking a **Camp Administrator** **– Mining Unit:** **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise the repair and maintenance of housing units, common areas, and recreational facilities (both company-operated and contracted) to improve living conditions and infrastructure for Unit personnel. Supervise the proper operation of the camp’s main dining facility in coordination with the nutritionist to ensure food quality, quantity, and service excellence for all Unit diners. * Supervise the repair and maintenance of housing units, common areas, and recreational facilities (both company-operated and contracted) to improve living conditions and infrastructure for Unit personnel. * Supervise accommodation and meal provision for visitors to the Unit to ensure comfortable stays. * Supervise the repair and maintenance of offices within the Unit, as well as general cleaning of buildings under the Camps Department’s responsibility (both company-operated and contracted), to improve working conditions, sanitation, and hygiene for Unit personnel. * Administer camp-related contracts to ensure compliance with contractual terms. * Supervise laundry services: personal clothing washing (for executives and staff), coveralls (for all Unit personnel) to guarantee hygiene standards. * Supervise the provision of electricity, potable water, sewage, and television services within the Unit to ensure reliable public utility operations. **Professional Profile:** * University graduate in Administration or related field. * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles within the mining sector or related industries. * Basic SAP knowledge and Advanced Excel skills. ***IMPORTANT!*** ***Buenaventura does not request any payments of any kind to participate in its selection processes.
