Monitoring and analysis of payment commitments **DROGUERÍA CADILLO S.A.C.**, a pharmaceutical company with over 10 years of service, is currently seeking talented individuals to join our cleaning team, who are eager for professional growth. **Requirements**: * Technician or student in the final cycles of Accounting. * Minimum 1 year of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or credit. * Knowledge of customer portfolio management and recovery. * Experience in administration and monitoring of negotiable invoices. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Organizational, analytical, and payment commitment tracking skills. **Responsibilities**: * Execute preventive and corrective collection management for assigned portfolio. * Monitor payment commitments, promissory notes, checks, and negotiable invoices. * Manage overdue debt recovery and coordinate actions for account regularization. * Validate customer payments deposited into the company's bank accounts. * Send account statements, balance confirmations, and no-debt letters requested by customers. * Record and update information related to collections and payment agreements. * Manage dispatch of blank and notarial letters to customers when required to comply with procedures. * Control dispatch of payment reminder emails and/or SMS. * Monitor and track physical and virtual signing of documents. * Monitor and track recovery indicators, aging of balances, and portfolio delinquency rate. * Implement and execute process improvements and automation within the department.
