Job Summary: We are seeking a Control Center Operator to ensure full operational continuity of the center by monitoring alarms, units, and attending to internal and external customers while complying with management regulations. We are currently seeking top talent for the position of **Control Center Operator**, with the primary objective of ensuring 100% operational continuity of our control center. **Main Responsibilities** * Receive and process alarms, panic buttons, and theft-related events. * Monitor pending units, recovery events, captures, as well as equipment and server temperatures. * Conduct physical and virtual monitoring of company facilities. * Provide personalized support for customer and internal department calls and emails. * Respond to emergencies from client Gabel and requirements from General Management. * Process deactivations on the CLOCATOR platform and update corresponding records. * Review virtual maintenance activities and verify the status of the backup generator. * Comply with policies and regulations of management systems (SSOMA, Quality, SGSI, and BASC). **Position Requirements** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles within control or monitoring centers. * **Education:** Completion of secondary education is the absolute minimum requirement (verified experience preferred). Technical or university studies (in progress or incomplete) in Administration, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or Military Training are desirable. * **Technical Knowledge (Desirable):** Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office; training in Supervision and Effective Control Center Management; and training in Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (IPERC). * **Soft Skills:** Effective communication, teamwork, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure.
