Prepare quotations. 3\. Expense reporting. 4\. Manage expenses within your assigned area. 2\. Provide logistical support. 3\. Receive calls from customers and technicians. 4\. Prepare field work reports and activity summaries. 5\. Plan preventive and corrective maintenance. 6\. Issue work orders. 7\. Delegate tasks to technicians in coordination with the Operations Manager and Maintenance Supervisor. **MINIMUM PROFESSIONAL PROFILE:** 1\. Minimum 6 months of customer service experience. 2\.
