High-value career path and networking Our client, a leading Peruvian company expanding nationwide and specializing in fiber-optic internet services, has entrusted us with the search for a **Finance Analyst**. What are the main responsibilities? * Preparation, analysis, and monitoring of the company's overall budget. * Preparation and reporting \- Monthly management dashboards (KPIs). * Development of the company's overall financial forecast together with departments (financial model). * Monitoring of financial contracts \- affirmative and negative covenants, financial covenants. * Support in implementing processes and monitoring management control. * Analysis of expense variances and profitability. * Ensuring accurate financial recording. * Evaluation and monitoring of financial instruments (loans, factoring, etc.). What are we looking for? * Graduates in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * CFA or FMVA certifications are desirable. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Knowledge of budgeting, financial management, financial accounting, and management control. * Advanced MS Office skills; database proficiency; Power BI is desirable. * Leadership-oriented, service-minded, dynamic, organized, and collaborative individual. What are the employment conditions? * On-site work at the office located in Lince. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00. * Full statutory payroll with all legally mandated benefits.
