This is your opportunity to join our team and lead high-impact telecommunications projects! **Your main responsibilities will include:** * Coordinating building access for vertical FTTH project implementation. * Assigning the daily work plan to the field access manager. * Monitoring and updating the workload pool. * Providing progress reports and status updates to client CLARO. * Coordinating with internal departments and involved contractors. * Ensuring acquisition of permits and access rights required for project execution. * Analyzing statistics, forecasts, and progress results. * Making effective decisions according to escalation level. * Ensuring customer satisfaction and the viability of each project. * Maintaining efficient and up-to-date control of the assignment pool. **What we expect from you:** * Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience coordinating FTTH implementation projects. * Knowledge of access management, field coordination, and contractor management. * Ability to lead, plan, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams. * Proactivity, results orientation, and commitment to quality.
