Experience * 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources, personnel administration, or related fields. * Experience in **personnel management**, attendance tracking, employee file management, and support in hiring processes. Knowledge * Proficiency in **HR management software** and **intermediate Excel**. * Basic knowledge of **labor and tax regulations** related to compensation, contracts, and benefits. * Familiarity with **personnel administration procedures**, document control, and HR reporting. Skills * Organization and attention to detail. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Strong communication skills for coordinating with employees, vendors, and internal departments. * Proactivity in proposing improvements to administrative and HR processes.
