At Inversa, a Peruvian company with over 15 years of experience, we are looking for an HR Supervisor with solid experience in payroll management and labor legislation to work onsite in San Juan de Lurigancho.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
\- Graduate or current student in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Law, or related fields.
\- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions.
\- Practical knowledge of labor legislation, SUNAFIL, and payroll administration.
\- Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas).
\- Experience with the Talana HR system (preferred)
\- Organized and responsible individual with experience handling confidential information and availability
\- Onsite work required in San Juan de Lurigancho, near San Carlos station
**RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Prepare and process the payroll.
Calculate salaries, overtime hours, commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
Calculate labor benefits such as CTS, vacations, and bonuses.
Prepare pay slips and payroll reports.
Calculate and file payroll-related contributions, withholdings, and taxes.
Calculate and review Fifth and Fourth Category Income Tax.
Manage employee onboarding and offboarding in T\-Registro.
File PDT PLAME and AFP NET declarations.
Calculate and declare payroll taxes in the PDT.
Conduct recruitment and selection processes.
Prepare departmental reports and summaries.
Draft employment contracts, renewals, addendums, and documentation related to termination procedures.
Record, monitor, and track attendance, leaves, vacations, and update employees’ labor documentation.
Maintain confidentiality of financial information and employee data.
Handle and follow up on SUNAFIL requests and inspections, ensuring compliance with current labor regulations.
Support the application of labor legislation and personnel administration processes.
Coordinate company commemorative events for employees.
