Lead all departmental processes and prepare reports based on key performance indicators COMEDSA Engineering and Construction, a leading company in the metal-mechanical sector, is seeking **(01) HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER**, located in the district of **PUENTE PIEDRA**, who meets the following requirements: Mandatory Requirements: * Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. * Diploma or specialization in Human Talent Management. * Diploma or specialization in Human Resources Management. * Diploma or specialization in Labor Legislation. * Advanced-level Excel proficiency. * Payroll management experience. * Experience conducting preventive audits under Integrated Management Systems (IMS) and quality, safety, and health regulations. * Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Manager in the industrial sector (metal-mechanical preferred). * Residency in the district of Puente Piedra or nearby areas. * Assertive communication at all levels. * Conflict resolution and mediation skills. * Leadership ability and teamwork capability.
