We are currently seeking a **Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering**, with analytical ability, organizational skills, initiative, and eagerness to grow professionally within our production and operations area. Responsibilities * Prepare and submit **daily production reports**. * Record and monitor **production inputs and outputs**. * Maintain control of finished goods and materials. * Conduct inventories and keep records up to date. * Analyze production data using Excel. * Identify discrepancies between physical production and recorded data. * Develop KPIs and reports for management. * Propose and implement improvements in production and operational processes. * Coordinate with production, warehouse, and other involved departments. * Perform other duties related to the position. Requirements * **Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering.** * Intermediate or advanced proficiency in **Excel**. * Knowledge of report preparation and information control. * Prior experience or familiarity with inventory, production, or warehouse operations is preferred. * Strong analytical and organizational abilities. * Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment. * Proactivity and willingness to learn. * Availability to work on-site in Cercado de Lima. Working Hours **Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.** Compensation **S/ 1,800 per month.** **Timely bi-weekly payments.** Work Location **Grau Branch \- Cercado de Lima** Located near the **Miguel Grau Station of the Lima Metro**, with easy access via public transportation.
