If you are passionate about quality, food safety, and the culinary field, this is your opportunity to grow professionally with us. **KITCHEN ASSISTANT** Perform mise en place, prepare traditional Peruvian menu dishes, clean the kitchen, organize food and supplies, prepare sauces, portion and label ingredients, and perform any other duties assigned by the manager. **Requirements:** \- Minimum 6 months of experience in food concessions (kitchen assistant). \- Immediate availability. \- Service-oriented vocation and commitment. \- Valid Health Certificate for food handling. \- Availability to work in the Chorrillos district (Los Cedros de Villa). **Benefits:** \- Fixed schedule from Monday to Saturday. \- Bi-weekly payments. \- Meals provided. \- Working hours: Monday to Friday: 9:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M.; Saturday: 7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
