




Job Summary: Responsible for food preparation and service, maintaining hygiene, and coordinating kitchen operations with a friendly attitude toward customers and team members. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain an impeccable appearance and courteous attitude toward customers and team members. 2. Efficiently cook food and ensure proper dish presentation. 3. Follow cleaning, seasoning, and ingredient receiving procedures. · Maintain impeccable personal appearance and courteous attitude, adhering to uniform requirements, personal hygiene, and friendly treatment of customers and team members. · Cook, rotate, and pre\-cook chicken following the PEPS method, controlling baking according to demand and preventing product dehydration. · Serve chicken appropriately and efficiently, ensuring proper dish presentation, fast order dispatch, attention to specific customer requests, and correct handling of returns. · Follow cleaning, seasoning, and chicken receiving procedures together with the manager, verifying quantity, weight, temperature, and general condition of the ingredient. · Keep the work area clean and safe, using gloves, avoiding grease buildup, and performing deep cleaning at the end of each shift. · Report incidents and coordinate with the kitchen team regarding issues such as chimney problems, missing parts, or requirements for salads or other side dishes. **FOR SURQUILLO AND ATE** Salary: S/.1,500\.00 \- S/.1,600\.00 per month Workplace: On\-site employment
