A company in the **logistics and international freight** sector is seeking a **Logistics Operations Assistant** to join its operational team, responsible for managing import operations via **air and sea (FCL / LCL)**, ensuring efficient coordination with various stakeholders throughout the process. **REQUIREMENTS**: * Graduate with a technical or university degree in **Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade**, or related fields. * Minimum of **2 years** of experience in operational roles within the **logistics or international freight** industry. * Solid knowledge of **import processes** and coordination with **shipping lines, airlines, terminals, and ports**. * Proficiency in the **SINTAD** and **ORACLE** systems. **WORKING CONDITIONS**: * **Location:** San Isidro * **Work mode:** On-site * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**: * Opening and closing import operation files. * Sending arrival notices and tracking shipments until final delivery. * Coordinating cargo routing according to established procedures. * Submitting cargo breakdowns and processing approvals. * Recording and updating information in the SINTAD and ORACLE systems. * Performing other tasks related to the operational management of the area.
