Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Planning and Control Analyst to monitor and control logistics operations, enhancing and automating processes. Key Highlights: 1. At **XPLOMINE**, we are looking for a **Logistics Planning and Control Analyst** to strengthen our team and support the monitoring and control of logistics operations. REQUIREMENTS * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in **Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Business Engineering, or related fields**. * Experience in **logistics, planning, procurement, inventory, or management control**. * **Experience in mining projects or diamond core drilling operations.** * Proficiency in **SAP**, at the level of querying and analysis. * Advanced **Excel** and Google Sheets. * Experience developing **management dashboards and KPIs**. * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and attention to detail. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor and analyze **requirements, procurement, inventory, and consumption**. * Develop and update **logistics KPIs and dashboards**. * Identify **deviations, delays, and critical situations**, issuing timely alerts. * Analyze consumption, performance, and inventory levels. * Prepare management reports and contribute to the **improvement and automation of logistics processes**.
