Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Specialization in operations management (preferred). * Minimum 3 years of experience in operational supervision, leading teams and optimizing resources. * Experience in high-volume operations companies, preferably in the logistics or services sector. * Knowledge of OKR implementation for measuring operational performance. Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate logistics operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs and established quality standards. * Manage operational resources and personnel under supervision, optimizing time, costs, and processes. * Maintain ongoing communication with clients for operation tracking and incident resolution. * Evaluate team performance using management indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvement actions. * Conduct periodic visits to fixed and ad-hoc operations, providing operational support as required. * Ensure contractual compliance and implement corrective actions in response to operational deviations.
