Currently, we are seeking a **Pre-Professional Intern in Recruitment and Selection** who wishes to develop within a dynamic, results-oriented environment with direct exposure to strategic staffing processes for large-scale projects. Main Responsibilities: * Posting job openings across various recruitment channels. * Screening resumes based on competencies and technical experience. * Coordinating interviews and candidate follow-up. * Participating in competency-based interviews. * Preparing comparative matrices and client reports. * Supporting technical profile development (engineering, supervision, leadership roles). * Updating and managing the talent database. Requirements: * Final-year student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. * Interest in technical recruitment (engineering/construction). * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Strong analytical and organizational skills. * Clear communication and professional judgment.
