Job Summary: PRINTWARE SAC is seeking a Procurement Analyst to ensure and monitor the procurement management of supplies and spare parts for its operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Monitor timely procurement of supplies for operations. 2. Plan and track purchases of logistical inputs. 3. Identify improvements in logistical processes for efficiency. PRINTWARE SAC is a company providing printing services, equipment sales, and consulting and advisory services for peripheral devices to all types of private companies and public entities. We are currently seeking talent for our Logistics Department. This job opportunity is for the position of Procurement Analyst, open to graduates of Technical Programs in Industrial Administration, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields, to ensure and monitor procurement management of supplies and spare parts required for our operations, by planning and analyzing received orders for appropriate management. Key Responsibilities: \- Ensure and monitor timely procurement of supplies required by the Operations Department. \- Plan, analyze, and track purchases of logistical inputs and products (inflows and outflows) within the Logistics Department. \- Manage customer counter reports through the system. \- Manage all documentation related to the Logistics Department’s operations (invoices, shipping guides, purchase records, etc.). \- Resolve issues related to shipments, purchases, and quality of procured products, ensuring compliance with required deadlines and standards. \- Identify areas for improvement in logistical and procurement processes, proposing strategies to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency. \- Enter information via the STARSOFT ERP system Benefits \- Formal employment under the General Regime – Law Decree No. 728 \- All statutory benefits (bonuses, CTS, vacation time) \- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Requirements \- Intermediate-level proficiency in Excel \- Knowledge of and experience using the STARSOFT system Salary: S/.1,600\.00 \- S/.1,800\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
