We are Consorcio Logístico Sagitario and currently seeking a **Project Coordinator** to join our team at Minera Chinalco located in Junin at 4500masl **REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Prepare and report the weekly schedule control for regular and extraordinary personnel rotations, which must be submitted to the Project Management, Operations Supervision, HR Management, Administration and Finance Management, and General Controller departments. * Prepare and manage allowances for personnel (macro) traveling to and from the project site with appropriate advance notice, which must be approved by Project Management and Operations Supervision, and sent weekly to Administration and Finance Management, the General Controller, and HR. * Manage fuel supply for all units entering the project and monitor fuel validity. * Monitor internal licenses of operational staff (operators and riggers). * Manage internal equipment authorizations and maintain current all associated documentation. * Coordinate with HR regarding the skill status of personnel entering the project. * Inform Operations Supervision about personnel shift changes to enable activity scheduling. * Maintain daily attendance records for all personnel present at the project and manage all related documentation (vacation forms, roster, exit slips, and other documents compliant with current labor legislation \- Law No. 728\). * Follow up and coordinate compliance with the personnel rotation schedule. * Manage entry and exit of equipment and personnel. * Manage personnel requests approved by supervision, superintendence, and project management. * Perform other responsibilities assigned by the immediate supervisor within the scope of functional competence.
