We are currently seeking to hire a **Social Worker** who wishes to grow professionally and contribute to our mission of delivering healthcare and improving people's quality of life. **What Are We Looking For?** * Licensed, registered, and authorized Social Worker * 3 years of experience as a Social Worker in industry with production staff (operators) * Proficiency in subsidy management (mandatory) * Basic knowledge of labor legislation (mandatory) * Postgraduate diplomas in Human Resources or related fields (desirable) **How Will You Contribute to the Team?** * Manage procedures with Essalud, including registrations, subsidies (maternity, work-related accidents, common illness), and medical leave exchanges. * Provide support and follow-up to employees in cases of illness, work-related accidents, and other relevant social events. * Conduct induction sessions for new employees, focusing on social welfare topics and internal policies. * Plan and implement preventive health programs in collaboration with specialized entities, aimed at preventing and managing occupational and common illnesses. * Coordinate and supervise the implementation of the Training Plan, ensuring achievement of established objectives. * Maintain up-to-date employee files and departmental procedures. * Coordinate renewal and supervise validity of production staff sanitary cards, as well as occupational medical examinations. * Supervise food vendors frequently used by employees. * Develop the Annual Social Welfare Plan and Monthly Social Welfare Activities Report. * Supervise and monitor Human Resources suppliers and conduct visits as necessary. * Conduct home visits to workers and issue corresponding reports. * Process affiliations and de-affiliations of employees and their dependents to the EPS system. * Support planning and execution of corporate events to promote employee well-being and integration. * Other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **What Will You Find at Elifarma?** * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM (on-site). * Half-day off on your birthday. * Meal subsidy. * Formal payroll enrollment from day one and all legally mandated benefits (CTS, Profit Sharing, Bonus). * Paid overtime.
