Handle conflict resolution and demonstrate leadership skills At **HOUSING SAC**, we are seeking a proactive and organized **Condominium Supervisor** to lead the operational management, security, and maintenance of an exclusive condominium located in the district of La Molina. **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise daily condominium operations (cleaning, gardening, preventive and corrective maintenance). * Coordinate and monitor the performance of technical staff and external suppliers. * Manage resident requests, requirements, and coexistence. * Ensure compliance with internal regulations and security protocols. * Prepare management reports and coordinate operational budget control. **Requirements** * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in supervision or administration. * Basic knowledge of infrastructure maintenance (electricity, plumbing, water pumps, fire suppression systems). * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word) and writing skills. * Conflict resolution skills, excellent customer service, and leadership ability. * Reside in La Molina or have convenient access to the district. **We Offer** * Competitive market-aligned compensation. * A positive work environment and opportunities for professional development within the company. **How to Apply?** www.condominiosperu.com Send your CV to info@condominiosperu.com Salary: S/.2,000\.00 \- S/.2,400\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
