Position Summary: EXPLOSUPPORT is seeking an Operations Supervisor to manage personnel, oversee equipment and projects, prepare budgets and reports, and lead operations. Key Highlights: 1. Prepare budgets and technical proposals EXPLOSUPPORT is currently seeking professionals to fill the position of Operations Supervisor. Locations: Lima Vacancies: 2 Salary: S/ 3,500 \- S/ 4,000 , based on evaluation. Residence: Lima Availability: Willing to travel Main Responsibilities: Manage staff attendance records. Manage staff payroll records. Coordinate and process onboarding or re-onboarding of new or returning staff. Supervise controls and delivery of personal protective equipment (PPE). Supervise and control 4x4 vehicles. Prepare budgets and cost estimates, as well as submit technical and economic proposals. Prepare operational management reports. Conduct administrative and technical visits to projects. Submit monthly progress billings for management review. Lead projects at the operational level. Other duties assigned by the direct supervisor. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in this position or similar roles. Experience in mining camps (mandatory). Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields (mandatory). Degree holder (preferred). Willingness to travel.
