The Position Position Overview We are looking for a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Process Analysis Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the Business Center team in evaluating, documenting, and optimizing our workflows. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in process mapping, continuous improvement methodologies, and metric tracking within a dynamic corporate environment. Key Responsibilities * Process Mapping Support: Assist the team in documenting and designing current processes ("As\-Is") using industry-standard tools. * Data Analysis and Dashboards: Collaborate on data collection and on designing/suggesting key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards. * Continuous Improvement: Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, helping identify bottlenecks and proposing ideas to optimize workflows, with a continuous improvement mindset. * Document Management: Support the organization, standardization, and updating of process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs). * Cross\-functional Collaboration: Work jointly with team leaders and stakeholders to understand their operational needs, facilitate process workshops, and support change management during implementation.
